Decide if you should go straight to a paid-only hosting company. If you do not have experience in site management yet, then first try your hand at one of the free resources (for example, www.ucoz.ru, www.yabdex.narod, ru, www.okis.ru). The downside will be the limitation on the volume of traffic and the presence of advertising banners on the page.

Check out one of the portals offering free hosting. Find a link to the "Registration" section ("Register a site", etc.). Read the rules and agreement carefully. Fill out the form, indicating the last name and first name, e-mail address, gender, age, mobile phone number (optional) Select a third-level domain name for your website (for example, ivan.ucoz.ru). Find out if this name is already in use, if it already exists, choose another one.
Step 3
Go to the email address you provided during registration and follow the link to activate your account. Or (if you have left your mobile phone number) enter the code received by SMS into the proposed form.

If you decide to turn to paid hosting services, because you want to make money on your site, then first register a domain. Go to the website of any provider. Check if your future domain name is occupied by entering it in Latin or Russian letters in the search bar. If not, select a domain zone (.ru,.рф,.su,.com, etc.), depending on your preferences or cost. Reserve a domain and register an IP address by contacting RosNIIROS. To do this, go to the website https://www.ripn.net, fill out an application and send it to the email address: [email protected].
Step 5
Conclude a contract with one of the Russian paid hosters choosing the optimal tariff. You can register the domain and IP-address when signing the contract. However, if you do not like the quality of the hosting company, you will lose your unique domain name by leaving it.
