Although diamond has lost its position as the hardest material in reality, nothing is harder, more durable or more expensive in Minecraft. The best armor, the best tools and weapons are created from diamonds in the game. But the extraction of these stones is associated with great danger here.
Instructions
Step 1
In Minecraft, diamonds are mined from diamond ore. It is a very rare ore, usually found at great depths. Its greatest concentration is observed at levels from the fifth to the twelfth. Unfortunately, there is also the largest amount of lava. On average, there are only three blocks of diamond ore for every sixteen thousand blocks. Therefore, it is best to look for them at levels with a high concentration of diamond ore.
Step 2
The easiest way to mine diamond ore is as follows - go down to level five and start digging in any direction, if you have the patience, make a corridor three blocks high.
Step 3
Breakthrough in the selected direction corridor 64 blocks long, turn in any direction. Repeat this process until you have a 64 block square corridor. If you find diamond ore along the way, dig up the entire vein. If you have the opportunity, mine diamonds with a pickaxe enchanted for good luck, so instead of one diamond you can get from two to four.
Double diamond veins can sometimes be found. They can contain up to ten or eleven blocks of diamond ore, while the largest single vein can contain no more than six blocks.
Step 4
In no case do not mine the block on which you are standing, as you can fall into the lava. If this does happen, drink a potion of fire resistance or eat an enchanted golden apple. To do this quickly, keep them on the Quick Access Toolbar.
Step 5
Start digging corridors from wall to wall, try to make them three blocks high. Don't forget to dig out the diamond veins that you meet. Keep a minimum distance between these corridors. Now go up to level 10 and repeat the whole procedure. This is a rather tedious but effective way. At the very least, in the process of mining diamonds, you will receive a lot of other useful resources.
