Grand Theft Auto (GTA) is a cult "criminal" action game. A gamer can feel like a member of an organized criminal group when playing GTA, complete many interesting quests, and participate in races. It is also possible to create your own cars for GTA.
Instructions
Step 1
Download the 3D Max design tool from AutoDesk's official website (see Resources for a link). Free version of 3d Max is available for 30 days. Install the program on your computer.
Step 2
To create your own car in GTA, you can use existing game models. They can be edited beyond recognition, to your taste, by changing the color, shape, size of external and internal elements.
Step 3
Find the files where the cars are stored. Open your computer's hard drive directory (usually drive C), select Program Files. Open the folder with the GTA game you want to create the car for. Game models are stored in the Models directory.
Step 4
Drag the texture you like from the Models folder to the 3d Max program shortcut. All textures have names corresponding to the car brand: Ford, Chevrolet, Jaguar, Mercedes, etc.
Step 5
Create your GTA car look using 3D modeling tools: Zoom, Transform, Color and Move. These four basic tools will allow you to transform your car beyond recognition. You can change the size, color and shape of the steering wheel, spoiler and glass, tires and hood. Go for it and be creative!
Step 6
Save the results of your 3D creativity. To do this, select the Save us item from the File menu. It is advisable to save the file with a new name so that the previous machine remains available in game sessions.
Step 7
Cheat codes are an additional tool for adding both objects already developed by the creators and objects created by the player himself. So, the PANZER code allows you to add a tank, and AIRFLY - an aircraft. In early versions of the game (before GTA III), objects simply fall from the sky, in modern versions they end up in special hangars that can be reached using the map.
