Step 1
The principle of operation in all mail systems is similar, so small differences in the interface do not play a significant role. Fill in all the required fields and forms in your letter: enter the subject of the appeal, the address of the recipient, the main text. Prepare the selected file for sending.

Remember that email services have a limit on the size of attachments. When there are too many attachments and / or their size exceeds the acceptable level, there may be problems with sending.

If you want to send several files, sometimes it makes sense to pack them into an archive using WinRAR, WinZIP or other archivers. Thus, you can make it easier for yourself: reduce the size of the shipment by compressing the files in the archive, and you do not have to attach each file separately.
Step 4
After making sure that there will be no problems with sending the file, click in the window with your letter on the "Attach files" button. A new dialog box will open. Go to the directory where the necessary files are stored, select them with the left mouse button. Then click on the "Open" button.
Step 5
The attachment download process will begin. At the same time, a pop-up window or any other loading indicator may appear. Wait until the operation is complete, then click on the "Send" button in your letter.
Step 6
If the file size exceeds the allowable value, you can upload it to a third-party file hosting service, and send the recipient a link to download this file. In some mail systems, it is possible to upload large files through their own services, operating on the principle of file sharing. Thus, the Yandex. Disk service is available in the Yandex system. You can work with it without leaving the letter registration window.
