Instructions
Step 1
If you really intend to exchange postcards with people from other countries, the first thing you should do is register at www.postcrossing.com.
Step 2
Carefully fill in information about yourself and pay special attention to the "Address" column. You can add your photo.
Step 3
The policy of the site is as follows: by sending one postcard, you get another in return. To start using the site, click on "Send a postcard" on the left side of the screen. Carefully read the information that appears and then click on "Get address". You will be shown the name and address of another user.
Step 4
In addition to the address, you will receive a special identification code. It must be indicated on the postcard you are sending. The person who received it will have to enter this code on the site, thereby confirming the receipt.
Step 5
After checking the entered code, prepare to receive a reply postcard. The same person or, most likely, someone else may answer you.
