How to make a shield?
It was introduced into the game not so long ago, but gamers have already become very fond of it. The fact is that earlier in the game it was possible to use only one hand, but now the ability to use two has been added. To craft a shield, you need one iron ingot and six absolutely any boards. The location looks like this. On the top line is board - ingot - board. There are three boards in the middle line. Since the shield is not only a means of protection, but also an original accessory, it can be painted. To do this, on the workbench, you need to put a flag of absolutely any color in the middle, and a ready-made shield to the left of it. As a result, it will be received with the color that was present on the flag.
As for the flag, it is completely consumed in the process of transferring the image, or, more simply, it disappears. Its secondary production requires a workbench, one stick, and six pieces of colored wool. The resulting drawing will depend on the selected shade of the latter and their layout.
It should also be noted that the surface of the shield must be clean to apply the pattern. In other words, repainting the item again is not allowed.
Diamond shield
Unfortunately, it is impossible to make a diamond shield in minecraft without any third-party modifiers. After downloading the mod, you will need one skin and six diamond ingots to craft a diamond shield. The skin is in the middle, and the diamonds are laid out around it.
