Step 1
If you have not used your e-mail for a long time and therefore it has been blocked, click the "Recover password" button. If a window with the appropriate name opens in front of you, enter your login in the proposed fields and answer the secret question, in the same way as you did when registering this e-mail. Or enter your phone number, which will receive a message with a new password.
Step 2
If you chose an additional e-mail in case of password recovery for your mailbox when registering it, enter it in the field provided. You will receive a link to the specified address to restore access to your mailbox.

In addition, on some mail servers, for example, on Mail. Ru, you can use the "Mail forwarding" service, if the forwarding of incoming correspondence has been configured from your mailbox that you want to restore. To do this, in the special field for restoring access, enter the mail address to which the sending of letters was configured and press enter. A letter with a new password will be sent to the specified mailbox.
Step 4
In a situation where the mailbox was blocked due to your fault, for example, you were accused of sending spam or any other violations of the user agreement, contact the "Support Service" of the postal service provider. You can find an e-mail address in the "Contacts" or "Feedback" section. In the letter, indicate the login of the mailbox that you are asking to unblock and promise that this will not happen again. If there is a misunderstanding, and you are not guilty of what happened, tell the mail server employees about it.
Step 5
There are situations when a mailbox cannot be restored. For example, if you removed it yourself and the time limit has expired when it could still be unblocked. In this case, it will be easier to create a new e-mail.
