That is why it is necessary to approach very carefully to its creation. If you already have a suitable photo, uploading it to your page is easy. How exactly do you do this?
Instructions
Step 1
Go to the Vkontakte website. To do this, launch your Internet browser and type www.vkontakte.ru in the address bar without quotes. The main page of the site will open in front of you.

On the left side of the page there is an authorization block. If you are already registered on the site, then enter your data to enter the site: e-mail and password. If you do not yet have your account, you will need to first go through the registration process, and only then go to your page.

After you log in, you will be taken to your page. This is where your personal information, contact information, etc. is stored. If you have not previously uploaded photos to your avatar, then instead of a photo you will have a big question mark. Below the avatar are buttons such as "Edit Page", "Photos with me", "Videos with me", etc. Select from these buttons and click Change Photo.
Step 4
A small submenu will open, consisting of three items: "Upload new photo", "Change small copy", "Delete photo". Select the first item. The "Photo Upload" window will open.
Step 5
Click on the "Select Photo" button. Specify the path to the photo you want to upload as an avatar. The photo must be in one of the formats: JPG, PNG, GIF. Wait for the file to download. Attention, do not upload too large photos! If your computer is equipped with a webcam, you can take a snapshot and download it immediately with one click on the link.
Step 6
After the photo is uploaded, you need to specify the area that will be displayed in the thumbnails on the site. To do this, drag the light square with the mouse to the desired location. If necessary, the square can be stretched horizontally or vertically. After all the work done, click the "Save" button.
