Step 1
Go to the page for restoring access to your account by going to https://vk.com/restore. Here you need to enter your data: email address, phone number to which the page is linked, or login. Next, a window with a code (captcha) will appear in front of you, which must be entered in the field intended for this. If everything is entered correctly, a page will open in front of you, access to which you needed to restore. You will recognize her by her personal photo, surname and other information. If this is your page, click on the "Yes, this is the page you want" button.
Step 2
If you do not remember your email address or username, you can restore access to your account at its address. To do this, on the same page, find the inscription “If you don’t remember any data at all, try clicking here”. The phrase "Click here" will be the desired hyperlink.
Step 3
Enter the address of the page, after which a window will open, where it will be indicated at the top to which account access is being restored. Below you will be asked to fill out a small form. Please include your old and currently available phone numbers, email address and other information that you have.
Step 4
If the page you found does not match the request, to the right of it, near the photo, find the inscription "If this is not the page to which you need to restore access, click here." Left-click on the part of the text that is a link. You will be taken to a page where you will be asked to enter the phone number to which your VKontakte account was linked. In a few minutes, an SMS with a code will be sent to the specified phone number, which must be specified in the next window. Next, you will be asked to enter your username, as well as a new password. Later they will be duplicated in a message to your mobile phone number.
