To connect, you will need to obtain written permission from the apartment owner and pay your bill on time every month.

Use a gprs connection. To do this, you need a mobile phone with a USB cable or a USB modem with an inserted SIM card. Install the drivers for the phone or for the modem according to the device you use to access the Internet.

If your computer has a wi-fi receiver, you can use a connection to a wi-fi transmitter. If you use this type of communication at home, you will need to connect the wi-fi transmitter to the Internet line; for this, a dedicated line connection is best suited.
