There is a saying: "if the mountain does not go to Mohammed, then Mohammed goes to the mountain." Therefore, users of the Vkontakte website have come up with some kind of emoticons for themselves. The point is that you need to install some script in the browser that will display graphic smilies in dialog boxes. Supported browsers for this script are Internet Explorer, Opera and Firefox.
Step 2
Internet Explorer. You need to install the Turnabout extension for this browser and download the smileys.user.js script. After installation, you will see the panel of this extension. In the "Reify" panel that appears, select Options - Install feature - specify the path to the smileys.user.js script.
Step 3
Firefox. Install the Greasemonkey extension in your browser, the "little monkey" icon will appear at the bottom of your browser. This monkey does a lot of things for the Firefox browser, not just displaying emoticons. Download smileys.user.js and open it with this monkey.
Step 4
Opera. Create a scripts folder on your computer. After that download the smileys.user.js script and save it to the previously created folder. This folder must be entered into the settings of your browser: "Tool" - "Settings" - "Advanced" - "Content" - "JavaScript Options" - "My JavaScript files".
