Click on the security bar and select "Properties" in the window that appears.
Click to select "Internet Connection".
Select a Web content zone to define its parameters and security settings, and then click on the "Default level" button.
Click to select the Access Restriction panel. Select a Web content zone to define its parameters and then click on the "Sites" button.
Click on the website address in the "Restrictions" panel in the dialog that opens, and then click on the "Remove" button. Do the same for all web addresses in the list, this will remove access restrictions.
Click on the "Apply" button, then - "OK" to confirm all the operations done and put them into effect.
