Unpacking
Always record the unpacking on video and do not take the goods out of the camera's field of view for a second. Capture identification numbers on tape, if available. In case they are not there, immediately conduct a visual inspection and check all the functions, if it is electronics.
Force Majeure
If the battery is dead or the memory card runs out of space, stop unpacking. And start right where you are when you fix the problems.

Choose your reason for the return, upload your proof and write your claim as concise and understandable as possible.
Never merge multiple videos into one, but upload them separately. The edited video is not evidence.
Aggravation of the dispute
If your offer is reasonable and the seller is honest enough, he will accept the offer, but more often than not, this does not happen. If the seller does not see his guilt and offers to close the dispute, wait. After a while, the Aliexpress administration will intervene in the dispute and consider your position. If the claim is justified, Aliexpress will take your side immediately.
