Step 1
In the personal account of Rostelecom, you can change the tariff plan, transfer money from account to account, connect new services, pay for the phone and the Internet with a bank card, electronic money with zero commission, pay for downloaded music and videos, etc. You can register in your personal account on the company's website, or at the Rostelecom office.
Step 2
Go to the official website of Rostelecom and in the upper right corner follow the link "Personal account". In the window that opens, you will be prompted to enter the available registration data, or select the "Register" item.
Step 3
Registration in the personal account of Rostelecom consists of three steps. On the first - enter your username and password (you need to come up with them yourself). For reliability and in order to avoid errors, the password is duplicated. Then click the Next button.
Step 4
In the next window, you need to specify your personal data: full name, date of birth and region of residence. At the last step, you must provide your contact phone number and email address.
Step 5
Read the proposed user agreement and check this box in the special window. Click the blue "Register" button. It remains to activate the account, after which you can use your personal account in full.
