Step 1
The first thing to do in order to send a folder with files by e-mail is to archive it. To do this, download the special WinRAR program. As a rule, it is free and does not require any additional installation steps. So, for example, if a pop-up window appears with a request to enter a mobile phone number, it is better not to do this, since you will probably download a virus to your computer.
Step 2
After installing the program, collect all the necessary files that you want to send into one folder. If all the documents you need are randomly located on the desktop, it is not very convenient to repeat the procedure several times. To solve the problem, hold down the Ctrl key and sequentially select all the files you need.

After completing the above steps, start backing up the folder. To do this, select it and press the right mouse button. Then, in the list that appears, select the "Archive" option. This function has a three books icon. After completing these steps, a window with parameters will open. Click on the format you need: RAR or ZIP. To complete the folder archiving procedure, use the "OK" option.
Step 4
After completing the above steps, the folder you formatted should appear on your computer desktop. If activated, you will see the zipped files combined with each other.
Step 5
Now you need to send the folder. Log into your account in the mail service and select the "Write a letter" function. Fill in the lines: address and subject. Click "Attach File" and locate the folder you zipped on your desktop. Now you need to wait a bit for it to load. If necessary, write a message to the addressee in the specially designated field. Activate the "Send" function.
