Step 1
One of the most common ways to transfer archived files is to attach them to an email message. To send information in this way, turn on the mail program and create a new message in it by clicking on the "Create" button.

Paste the recipient's address into the "To" field. You can enter it from the keyboard or copy and paste the desired combination of characters from a text document. Specify the subject of the letter in the corresponding field and enter, if necessary, an accompanying text in the body of the message.

Use the "Add file" button to attach the archive to the message. As soon as the name of the inserted file appears in the "Attach" field, you can send your letter by clicking on the "Send" button.

In a similar way, you can forward the archive by creating a message on the website of the mail service you are using. Open the page of this Internet resource in a browser and log into your account by entering your username and password in the fields of the login form. Select "Mail" from the available items of the main menu. To create a new message, click on the "Write" button, and to attach an archive, use the "Files" button or the "Attach file" option.

If the archive that you are going to forward exceeds the size of the attachment available to users of the mail service, you can unpack it and create a new multivolume archive from the files using the WinRAR program. To do this, open the context menu by clicking on the file icon and select the "Extract files" option.

After unpacking the archive, call the context menu by clicking on the folder with the files, and open the settings window with the "Add to archive" option. In the "Divide into volumes" field, specify the size of the individual volume or select one of the existing options. The split archive can be sent in multiple e-mail messages.

To transfer large archives, it is more reasonable to use file-sharing resources. Open the service page filedropper.com, dropsend.com, sendspace.com or transferbigfiles.com in your browser, click on the Browse button, Add files or Upload files and select the archive you want to transfer.

If the file upload form has an Add Recipients, From or To field, enter the email address to which the link to download the archive will be sent. Resources that provide such an opportunity, as a rule, offer to send a small text message along with the link. Enter this text in the Message field.
Step 9
Wait for the download to finish. If the service you used does not send notifications to the email address, copy the generated download link and send it to the recipient of the archive by pasting it into the body of the email message.
