If an organization has its own website, it usually has at least one contact phone number. There is usually this data in various reference books and databases, widely represented in the global network.

If you do not know the address of the site of the organization you need, but you know at least its approximate name, it is enough to run it through any search engine. If there is a site, a link to it will most likely appear, although there is no guarantee that it will be on the first page. However, it may appear on the pages that appear in the SERP.
If the site is up-to-date and accessible, you will most likely find the phone number on it, usually this information is in the "Contacts" section. If the site does not open for some reason, when searching through Yandex, you can usually open a saved copy of the page in the SERP. And it is possible that the desired phone will also be found there.
Step 2
The coordinates of the regional or territorial power structure, including the telephone, can often be found using the website of the department to which it belongs, or in the case of territorial divisions, its regional office.
Depending on the site, the search is carried out using an interactive map, a drop-down list of regions, an address (when searching for a unit in whose area of responsibility he belongs), entered in the search form or otherwise.

Various regional and industry directories, reference books and databases can also serve as an effective tool for finding a telephone number.
Information about the company you are interested in on one or more of these resources can get into the search engine results, it is also possible to search directly in a directory known to you.
It is not excluded, of course, that the phones will not be found anywhere, or that it will only turn out to be outdated (but they can sometimes be a clue that allows you to find out the current number). However, the likelihood of a successful search is still higher.
