The junk mail filter included in the filtering conditions of Microsoft Outlook 2010 allows you to get rid of receiving unwanted e-mail messages. It allows you to check e-mail senders against lists of e-mail addresses and Internet domains marked as safe or blocked.

Instructions
Step 1
Select a message from the user to be blocked to add the selected user to the blocked senders list.
Step 2
Select Junk in the Delete section of the Home tab and select Block Sender.
Step 3
Return to the Junk item in the Delete section of the Home tab and select Junk Email Options.
Step 4
Click the Add button on the Blocked Senders tab and enter an address or domain name in the Enter an email address or Internet domain name to add to the list box.
Step 5
Press the OK button to confirm the execution of the selected command and repeat the above procedure for each added entry.
To add a name or address from another list, enter the desired name on the Safe Senders tab and click the Edit button.
Step 6
Return to the Junk item in the Delete section of the Home tab and select Junk Email Options to block messages with specific country / region codes.
Step 7
Expand the link "List of Blocked Top-Level Domains" on the "International Contacts" tab and apply the check boxes to the fields of the countries you want to block.
Step 8
Press the OK button to execute the selected command and confirm the application of the changes made by pressing the OK button again.
Step 9
Return to the Junk item in the Delete section of the Home tab and select Junk Email Options to block messages with unfamiliar alphabets.
Step 10
Expand the link "List of Blocked Top-Level Domains" on the "International Contacts" tab and apply the check boxes to the fields of encodings that you want to block.
Step 11
Press the OK button to execute the selected command and confirm the application of the changes made by pressing the OK button again.
