Step 1
Use the password recovery system if you have forgotten it. In the main window of the mail program, click the link: "Forgot your password?" or the like.

Choose one of the options for changing your personal information to access your email page. These possibilities are: a secret question and your answer to it, an additional e-mail, a mobile phone.
Step 3
If you have chosen the option: "Change password using a mobile phone", enter your number in the corresponding field. If it matches the one you specified during the mail registration process, the system will allow you to enter a new password.
Step 4
Having settled on the "Secret question" option, find in the proposed list the secret question that you answered during registration, or enter your own. Then enter the answer to this security question. It should be exactly the same as when registering. If the answer is correct, you will have the opportunity to change the password for your mailbox.
Step 5
Using the "Additional e-mail" option, in the proposed field, enter the additional mailing address you specified when registering the mailbox. Open the specified mailbox, it should contain an email with a link to change your password.
Step 6
If your e-mail is registered, for example, on the Mail.ru server, use a special password recovery system (see the link below).
Step 7
In the field provided, enter your username and click "Next". In order to recover your password, choose one of the methods suggested to you.
Step 8
Enter your phone number without dashes and spaces. He will receive an sms message containing a special code. Enter the received code in the required line and press "Enter".
Step 9
Then add a new password and press the Enter button again. For a password to be reliable, use at least six numbers and letters of different case.
Step 10
Enter a new password to log into your mailbox. Password recovery in other mail systems generally follows the same algorithm.
