Depending on what kind of mail service you use, the process of sending an MS Word file may differ slightly, since the service interfaces are different. But the principle of attaching a document to a letter is approximately the same, regardless of the mail provider you choose.
It is necessary
Mail account on any service, Word document ready for sending, email address of the recipient of the letter
Instructions
Step 1
Log into your profile on the mail service and click on the icon for creating a new email. In different interfaces, it can be called: "Create a letter", "New letter", "Write", etc.
Step 2
Select the recipient from the list of contacts or enter the recipient's e-mail, and also - fill in the "Subject" field.
Step 3
If your mail is located on the Yandex service: click on the "Attach files" button.
Step 4
In the window that opens, select the desired Word document, select it with the cursor, and then click on the "Open" button located in the lower right corner.
Step 5
Check if you have filled in the "To" and "Subject" fields correctly and click on the "Send" button.
Step 6
If your mail is located on the Gmail service: click on the paper clip-shaped icon located in the bottom row of the email sending field.
Step 7
In the window that opens, select the required file to send and click the "Open" button.
Step 8
Check if all the fields have been filled in by you, and then send a letter with the document by clicking the "Send" button.
Step 9
If your mail is located on the mail.ru service: open the file selection window by clicking the "Attach file" button, which is located above the message text entry field.
Step 10
Select an attached file or several files and send an email with attached MS Word documents or other files by clicking the "Send" button, which is at the top and bottom of the screen for sending a new email.
