Email is a convenient way to communicate over the Internet. It allows you to quickly send various files and receive information of interest. In addition, email is often requested by sites for registration. And if you are an active surfer, then, most likely, your inbox is full of unnecessary messages, which it is high time to get rid of.
Instructions
Step 1
If advertisements come to your mail from an unknown site, then the surest way to get rid of unwanted emails is to send them to spam. Open the message with the annoying advertisement and click the "Spam" button on the panel, which is usually located above the content of the message itself. After that, all emails coming from this site will be automatically sent to the spam folder.
Step 2
Remember, if you send a letter to the "Spam" category, then your action will be recognized as a complaint about the site from which the letter comes. Therefore, use this function only in cases where you are sure that you yourself did not subscribe to the newsletter.
Step 3
Another way to deal with a huge pile of junk emails is to create a special rule or filter in another way. This feature allows you to automatically forward incoming letters with certain properties to special folders in your mail or delete them immediately.
Step 4
Go to the selected message and click in the top panel "Create rule" or "Configure filter" (depending on the mail service). Then follow the instructions and select the appropriate options.
Step 5
The easiest, but not always working, way is to unsubscribe from the mailing list directly through the site. At the end of each marketing letter there is a link: "You can unsubscribe from the mailing list here." Follow it and configure this newsletter the way you like.
