Step 1
Go to the service page mail.rambler.ru. If you have forgotten the password for your mailbox, then click on the link under the entrance to the mail "Forgot your password?". If you do not remember the name of the mailbox, then send a request to Rambler support.
Step 2
Enter your Rambler mailbox in the specified line. Confirm that you are not a robot by entering the security code - the symbols in the picture. The case is irrelevant in this case. Be sure to check your keyboard layout.
Step 3
Answer the secret question. When registering a mailbox, you indicated a secret question and an answer to it. Strain your memory and respond to it. If it was not your question that was highlighted, then most likely you entered the name of the mailbox incorrectly. In this case, go back one step. Then enter the security code that confirms that you are human.
Step 4
Create and enter a new password for the mailbox twice. Don't choose simple passwords. The password must be at least 6 characters long and consist of Latin letters and numbers. Be sure to pay attention to the language of the keyboard layout. Also remember if you have Caps Lock on or off. Don't choose a password that matches your name, mailbox name, or your date of birth.
Step 5
Authorize a new password for your mailbox. To do this, enter the mailbox name and a new password to it in the login form. If you have not used this postal address for a long time, the Rambler system will notify you of its blocking. In order to unlock the mailbox, you need to re-enter the new password for the mailbox.
Step 6
Contact Rambler support [email protected], if you have any difficulties at any point. Prepare in advance the information about the mailbox, which you remember, among which, the registration date, the specified personal data, your ip-address, the last date of entering the mail, the number of letters, the approximate mail name and password.
