When was the last time you held your personal diary in your hands? Many once led them at school, and then abandoned them. Now it has become popular to keep an online diary, where users share their impressions of various events and discuss them. Blogging services allow you to change the settings and design of your blog to your liking.

Instructions
Step 1
Launch your browser. Go to bgpatterns.com. There, choose a background to your liking from the options provided. Go to the Color tab, select the Background Color Change mode. In the window on the right, select a color zone, you can also assign a color using a numerical 6-digit code. Then go to the Canvas tab and select a gradient (matte) for the new background. Then go to the Image tab and select a picture to change the blog background to it. On the Rotate tab, if desired, change the rotation of the picture along the axis. Click on the Download image link on the right and save the resulting image to your computer.
Step 2
Determine how your blog is created. If using a template saved on your computer, then go through the FileZilla program in cPanel, go to the blog template and delete the unnecessary picture and add a new one.
Step 3
Go to blogger.com, if your blog is there, and to change the background, first select the picture you like and save it to radikal.ru. Go to your blog settings. Go to Layout tab, Edit HTML. Find where the body tag {…..} is described and insert a link to your image with which you want to change the blog in the background field. You should end up with something like this:

Step 4
Go to your blog on the wordpress site, if your blog is there, and to change the background, go to settings and find the “Custom Background” menu item there. Download the picture you want to use as a background from your computer. Next, set the “Tile the background” option, which will stretch the background for the entire site.
