Go to the website https://cer.s603rd.cn/ through a browser or run the s603rdSigner program. Next, you need to rewrite the IMEI code of your device in the appropriate line. If you do not know these data, then in order to determine them, dial the following combination on your phone: * # 06 #. Alternatively, remove the battery and then look for these numbers on its label. Please note that the code must be 15 digits long. Write it down, then enter the verification digits and click Submit. This will send you an application certification request.
Step 5
Go back to the above site after about twelve hours and re-enter the IMEI code. After clicking Submit, a file for downloading should appear, download it to your phone. Run this utility - it will allow you to certify the required application.
