Step 1
In order to become a vampire in Oblivion, you must meet vampires. In search of them, go to the locations of Nornalhorst, Fort Red Water or the Empty Cave. In addition, you can meet vampires according to the plot when completing the Guild of Mages quest Information for a favor - in the Bloodcrust Cave.
Step 2
Having found a vampire, provoke him to attack (for example, by casting a spell on him or by attacking first). Fight with the vampire, while trying to be exposed to his attacks as much as possible, until he infects your character with Porphyrin Hemophilia. After receiving the disease, kill the vampire and restore health. After that, go to the nearest dwelling and go to bed. Three days later, the disease Porphyrin hemophilia will turn into Vampirism, which can only be cured by a quest character.
Step 3
Another way to become a vampire in Oblivion is to join the Dark Brotherhood. To do this, imperceptibly from other game characters, kill a civilian or a character who is friendly to you. At the first opportunity, go to bed, and in a dream you will see the representative of the Dark Brotherhood Lucien Lachanc.
Step 4
Accept his mission to kill Rufio. Go to the Bravil location and find the Bad Omen inn. There, in one of the rooms, find Rufio and kill him. Then go to bed and go to bed. In a dream, you will be told the coordinates of the base of the Dark Brotherhood. Go there, answer the question asked and talk to the character Vincent Valtieri. At the end of the conversation, agree to become a hired killer and take from him the quest to kill a pirate.
Step 5
After that, a new plot twist and new quests will open up for you. Follow them to earn the favor of Vincent Valtieri. After completing the last quest Assassination Staging, you will be offered a Dark Gift as a reward - turning into a vampire. Accept the award and go to bed. In three days, your character will become a vampire.
