Instructions
Step 1
Disable Mail. Ru Agent first. Then on your computer go to "Start" and click on "Control Panel". In the list that opens, find and click on the "Programs and Features" service. You will see a number of programs that you previously installed on your computer. Select Mail. Ru Agent and at the top of the window click "Remove". After that, the program and all of its components will be removed from your computer.
Step 2
Another way. Go to the "Start" / "Computer" menu and click on the C drive, since it is on it that the programs installed on the computer are automatically saved. From the list that opens, select the Program files folder, find the Mail. Ru Agent shortcut in it and delete it. But when you uninstall the program in this way, some of its elements may remain on the computer, interfering with its work.
Step 3
Go to the settings of the Mail. Ru Agent program and uncheck the "Run the program when the computer is turned on" command. Then restart your computer. Then go to the "Start" / "Computer" menu and click on the C drive, since it is on it that the programs installed on the computer are automatically saved. From the list that opens, select the Program files folder, find the Mail. Ru Agent shortcut and delete it. After that, run the registry cleaner, it will delete all files associated with the program (for example, Neo Utilitus).
