Step 1
Download and install a program to download large files from the Internet. It is better to choose one of the versions of the BitTorrent client program, since the easiest way to find and download the desired movie on one of the torrent resources.
Step 2
Make sure you have one of the latest torrent versions installed. The developers are constantly improving the program, speeding up and optimizing the process of downloading and distributing files. When you start the old version, you will see a window with an update proposal, do not ignore it.
Step 3
Click on the "Settings" tab in the torrent program. Select the "Configuration" line. This parameter can be opened by pressing the Ctrl and P keys simultaneously. In the window that appears, select the "Speed" parameter from the list on the left. Type in the box next to the "Total download limit" line the desired download speed, indicated in Kb / s. You can remove the download speed limit by putting 0 in the box.
Step 4
Select the loading file with the movie, the download speed of which seems to you not fast enough, and click on the right mouse button. In the menu that opens, find the "Speed priority" line with the cursor and put a check mark next to the "High" parameter. It should be noted that this method affects the download speed of a single file if you have several downloads at the same time. If you are downloading one movie, changes in speed priority will not affect its download in any way.

Limit the number of simultaneous connections. With a large number of simultaneous connections, Widows may not work correctly. Temporarily disable Skype, ICQ and antivirus software. Pause other downloads, if any.

Use special programs to change your Internet connection settings and optimize the download process. Windows users can install TPC Optimizer for this purpose, while Mac OS owners can recommend Mac Pilot or Cocktail.
