The thematic citation index ("TCI") is a rating system of sites of the search engine "Yandex", which determines the level of authority of resources at the expense of other resources of a similar subject linking to it. Step 1
The TCI level always ends at 0 and is divisible by 10, with the exception of zero TCI for young sites or doorways. That is, these are 0, 10, 20, 30, 40 and higher TCI.
The citation index is determined by the total weight of the links of the donor sites, while the keywords (keywords) of both resources are taken into account. So, a thousand sites writing about cars and linking to a site about cosmetics will not increase the TCI for the latter even by +10, but 10 sites with a TCI of at least 10 can increase the TCI for an acceptor site by 10 or even 20 points. The level of the thematic citation index is not constant. It is updated on average once every three weeks.

Also, you can find out the level of the TCI directly on some sites, if they have an I-button. This is a small graphic banner in the form of a bill with the letter "I" and a number. The number on the banner is the citation index level.
